You can find several free resources on solar radiation, such as photovoltaic potential and solar resource maps. Although these maps give useful information, they are much lower resolution than our data products, and more importantly, they don’t give any indication on the distribution of radiation values. We believe that getting the full picture of your solar resource is essential for assessing your profitability and it’s well worth the investment.
[tab title=”Basic”]You give us the latitude and longitude, and we provide access to our summary data products for your chosen site. Direct Normal Irradiance (DNI), Diffuse Horizontal Irradiance (DHI) and Global Horizontal Irradiance (GHI) statistics are all included. The data product also includes histograms, averaged resource charts (monthly, hourly and annual) and other useful information for your site.[/tab]
[tab title=”Validation”]Using RETScreen ® together with Turquoise Solar Basic, we can prepare a validation report for a quote you received from an installer. The validation results include electricity production estimates and a basic financial analysis.[/tab]
